TO REGISTER, simply send names, complete addresses, phone numbers and dates of birth of each person registering, along with a cheque, to Orillia District Chamber of Commerce, 150 Front St. S., Orillia, ON, L3V 4S7.
Adults $15.00, Children under 16 $6.00, Family Package* $30.00, all rates include GST.
*Family Package consists of parents, children & grandparents of immediate family, maximum 2 adults, maximum 5 members.
Your registration will be posted at Perch Festival Headquarters. Please pick up registration before you start fishing.
