              Are you a local employer looking to hire? Do you require staff, but the investment in onboarding is creating a barrier to business growth?

              Then, apply to the CDC's Pathways to Employment Program today!

              Eligible employers who hire a qualified youth from the program will receive a hiring incentive/wage subsidy of $14.00/hour for a period of 6 months.
