Over 100 years.
That’s how long its been since Orillia enjoyed its own locally brewed craft beer.
And we’re thrilled to announce that the wait is over!
Despite the challenges we all face as a result of COVID-19, we’re on track for the release of FIVE brands this month. The opening of our Retail Store will have to wait until it is safe to do so. For now, we have completed our presale orders and first curbside pick-up as of April 18 -with full launch coming Wednesday April 22.

We intend to pay homage to the traditional styles of beer – and our initial portfolio is no exception. Our focus for these core brews tends toward the English style with more malt-forward and restrained hop profiles that create sessionable and food-friendly brews. However, as we grow we’ll be experimenting with a variety of yeasts, malts and even local hops to keep things interesting! And YOU will help us decide what brews will make the cut when we are allowed to safely open our beautiful Taproom in downtown Orillia!
