A revival of the Orillia & District Chamber of Commerce's long-running Spring Boat Show, this event showcases Orillia's unique character as boater's paradise where a vibrant arts and cultural scene meets boundless opportunities to experience nature!

The Sunshine Festival is a must-do event for boaters, cottagers, outdoor enthusiasts, and art-lovers of all ages! Come check out the in-water boat displays, discover innovative marine products and services, and learn about the many outdoor experiences available here in Orillia & Lake Country. Enjoy free outdoor live music, a selection of  food vendors, a craft beer garden, and an outdoor market featuring a wide range of unique artisans and vendors. Venture into the downtown to experience outdoor art along with exciting shopping and dining opportunities that you can't find anywhere else! 

Bringing the family? Right next to the festival headquarters at the Port of Orillia is a fantastic waterfront park featuring a sandy beach, two playground structures, a washroom/ changeroom building, and walking/ cycling trails. It is the perfect place to take a quick break from the excitement and get a true taste of the Sunshine City lifestyle! 

The Sunshine Festival is a great excuse to spend a weekend at the Port of Orillia. Fully-serviced slips are available for boats up to 80 ft. with 5 Ft. draft and nightly moorage rates start at just $2.00 per foot.
