This series will begin with a 90 minute session to learn how to look at your business from a 10 thousand ft. view and to pick out those elements that allow movement into the online space. This includes market research, creating a SWOT analysis, and an overview of tools to leverage online transactions.
PART 2: MASTERMIND IMPLEMENTATION

This session will be a 1 week follow-up session to review homework and continue to validate the business model you want to launch online together.
PART 3: HOW TO LAUNCH YOUR ONLINE BUSINESS
Monday, May 25, 2020, 1:00 -2:30 PM
This session will be 2 weeks following Part 2, where participants will continue to ask questions and review how your online business is doing.
A key value-added component of participation will be access to an ongoing online group for advice and interaction between sessions, as well as following completion.
