TurtleFest 2024 is right around the corner! Join us on August 17th and 18th at Scales Nature Park to release hatchling turtles to the local wetlands. Every year, the START Project incubates thousands of turtle eggs from at-risk populations and releases them back to the wild, increasing their chances of survival and helping to conserve these vital species. Come join us and celebrate another successful season of turtle conservation work! Explore our trails and nature centre and enjoy fun family activities at this popular event. Admission is by donation and registration is required.
