              Use this form to apply for a space at the Port of Orillia's summer waterfront shows. Please note that filling out this application does not guarantee your space and all applications are subject to approval of the show organizer. To confirm your spot you will be required to accept all terms and conditions and provide a minimum 25 % deposit.

              Please click to acknowledge that you understand and accept the following terms (if clarification is required, please contact Events Coordinator Doug Bunker at 705-330-1202): All applications are subject to approval by the show coordinator. Deposit must be paid upon application, and balance must be remitted no later than May 3, 2022. Vendors are responsible for securing all belongings and supplies at the end of each day. Vendors must supply own tables, tents, or booths. Vendors must supply own tent or booth. Any tent over 645 square feet requires a Temporary Structure Permit from the City of Orillia Building Department. Each vendor must also provide proof of insurance.
